1. Introduction
Welcome to the HelpingHand App ("Service"). By accessing or using our Windows desktop application and its backend services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to use the Application. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with the agreements, rules, and local laws surrounding the environments in which you use it (e.g., meetings, online platforms).
- HelpingHand App is designed exclusively as a real-time productivity assistant, educational aid, and personal guidance tool. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in your professional or academic endeavors.
- You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
4. Payments and Credits
Purchases of API credits or "minutes" via our payment providers (e.g., Razorpay) are final. Once minutes are added to your account, they are consumed directly through API calls to premium third-party artificial intelligence providers. Because these costs are immediately incurred on our end during your usage, consumed minutes are strictly non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Akash Mathane or HelpingHand be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of business opportunities, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
