2. Your Data and Privacy
HelpingHand App operates as a secure intermediary for productivity and real-time guidance. We do not:
- Record, save, or store your desktop screen or visual data on our servers beyond the immediate moment of contextual processing.
- Store transcripts of your live conversations permanently. Audio buffers are streamed directly to our speech-to-text API partners, converted to text, processed by AI models for real-time guidance, and immediately discarded from our active memory once the session concludes.
- Sell or distribute your email address or usage metadata to third-party marketers.
3. Third-Party Services
By using HelpingHand App, your data (audio streams, and any context documents you upload to the settings panel) is temporarily processed by our critical infrastructure partners:
- Cloud Database Providers: For secure profile management and user credit ledgering.
- Payment Processors: For secure payment handling (e.g., Razorpay).
- Premium AI Inference Engines: For rapid LLM inference and real-time, low-latency audio processing.
These enterprise partners are bound by strict privacy agreements and do not use your real-time conversation data to train their public models.
