1. Cancellation Policy

HelpingHand App operates on a flexible "Pay-As-You-Go" model. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or auto-renewals tied to your account. Because there is no active subscription, there is no service to "cancel." You securely top up your wallet with computing minutes when you need critical guidance, and you stop when you don't.

2. Refund Policy for Consumed Credits

All purchases of AI compute time (minutes) are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

Because the HelpingHand App immediately purchases resources from premium API providers (such as advanced AI inference and latency-optimized audio transcription pipelines) to deliver high-speed, real-time insights during your meetings, we incur an absolute cost for every second the AI processes your audio. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for minutes that have already been purchased and allocated to your account, even if those minutes have not yet been fully consumed.

3. Service Outages & Failed Top-Ups

If a transaction is successful and currency is debited from your bank or card, but our cloud servers fail to accurately credit the AI minutes to your HelpingHand account ledger within 24 hours due to a technical failure, we will either manually inject the missing credits sequence or refund the exact transaction amount back to the original funding source.
